| Renewing your Mubasher subscription has become easier and quicker with the introduction of the SADAD payment system. Mubasher users can now renew their subscriptions through banks branches, ATM machines, telephone and internet. |

To renew your Mubasher subscription, you will need a "Customer Reference Number" (CRN).
|
|
|
|
|

For Existing
Subscribers: |
|
A 13 digit CRN will be assigned for each product you have subscribed to. Simply use this CRN to renew your subscription through the various SADAD payment channels. |
|
|
|
|
For New Subscribers: |
|
|
A CRN will be assigned to the service you purchase via the Mubasher Card site. For each subscription your purchase an email will be automatically sent to you containing your CRN number and other subscription information.
|
|
|
|
|
Upon securing your CRN, visit one of the SADAD channels, select " 034”
as your "Biller Code-SADAD" and your CRN to complete payment.

|
|
|
|
Please allow up to 24 hours for payments to reflect on your account.
|
|
|

Important Notes:

For each additional Mubasher product purchased, a new corresponding CRN will be generated. Please use this CRN for renewal of this
|
|
|
subscription.
|
|
|
The due date of any bill is always the expiry date of a subscription.
|
|
To extend an expiry date of any subscription, users can pay any multiple of the due amount.
|
|
After each payment using SADAD, please visit "Transaction History" in the menu frame to monitor your next "expiry date of
|
|
|
subscription".
